I got tired of waiting for the 'coals' to get hot, and having a load of burning briquets left over after cooking. So I switched to gas and 'Lava' stones. A metal tin full of wet wood chips and the food came out way better than anything done on charcoal...Plus, I could control the temps or shut it all down with the twist of a knob...
If they're Hookah bricks are they still made from dried Coconut shells? You don't really want to be using chemically soaked bricks to be smoking a hookah with.
Kinda, but in the form of potassium nitrate aka saltpeter. They're self-lighting charcoal typically used incense burners, which is charcoal combined with potassium nitrate. You just touch a flame to it and it starts igniting.
sadly no. the blow dryer sucks the smoke in and it will smell like bbq. i did this once and once only and i hear about it every time the blow dryer appears. the trick, i have discovered, is those standing fans
@SortaSordid did you know they put salt peter in the beverages of prison inmates? Most of the men I know I have done prison time and it's commonly known among them

I don't think those are food safe if I remember right, they're basically to light large coal fires.
isetprettygirlsonfire
No they are to ise in a hooka. They burn like that because they contain saltpeter that acts as an oxidizer. And saltpeter is used in a lot of foods
SergeyPrkl
I know many hot hookers but not like this.
StewedTomaters
Take some saltpeter for that.
