I've never worn it but I've read about it. You put on some oil (make sure it's not one that reacts with latex) or talc powder or something similar that will allow it to move over your skin. After a while, sweat takes care of that part. It's tight. Restrictive. It fights your movements. Chafing shouldn't be too much trouble because of the lubrication and/or it'll just move with your skin, but you'll be soaking in sweat for pretty much the whole time which your skin will react to eventually.

If you want to experience it on a small scale, you can simply get some latex gloves that are a little too small for you. Preferably a thicker latex.
