I have the opposite issue, at 4'11" it's either petite jeans, which have tight ankles which I hate. Or I get to walk on 6 inches of extra pants. Full length skirt, drags the floor. I have to roll pretty much everything multiple times at the waist for a proper fit. I wish I could afford a tailor, and sewing was the one class I failed in school. Lol

Man, I go to our local thrifts to get the high end stuff. Just off the top of my head I got a $1500 cashmere overcoat for $50, $500 dress shoes for $20, and just today I found a $350 7 fold tie for $10. Honestly, I thrift because I can find higher quality stuff than I could usually afford.
