Is that motion activated? Somewhere between the 9th and 15th time that thing goes off, screaming and rattling chains for 30 seconds at a time, your neighbours will be marching on your house. If they’re chill they might knock on your door and tell you to get a grip… if they’re less chill they’ll be taking a bat to your work.
One question from europe: Why? I get halloween and horror, but haven't you kids going from house to house? This would seriously traumatize any kid... Also the compressor is way too loud...
Kids believe in soooo much that is not true. And you can tell them hundred times there are no ghosts or monsters they will still be scared in the dark. So this here would drive a young kid into madness....
This is why one of my cousins was deathly afraid of Halloween as a child. He didn’t like going Trick-or-Treating because he was so terrified after being horribly scared a handful of times
Yeah I ain't into this shit, keep it to haunted houses, when did it become cool to just have violence and viscera on the lawn? Same people will whine about trunk-or-treat killing trick or treating, I wouldn't want to let a small child go up to a house with this shit.
The US don't even let you have a pint but they'll send you to war to kill people at 18. They even let you drive a 2.5 ton light tank at 16 (a "truck").
Yeah I come from one of the generations desensitized to gore/violence. If it was a private haunted house with age rules, maybe, but this looks like it's just on some guys' lawn you can see from the sidewalk
When I was 8 or 9 The Texas Chainsaw Massacre had just come out. We had an asshole neighbor, the "always a problems neighbor", who that year thought it would be hilarious to run around chasing and chainsawing children, cornering kids and touching them with the bladeless chainsaw while revving it.
The neighborhood Dad's, almost all WW2, Korea or Vietnam vets, including my Dad, went that night and from what I heard years later, gave him the ultimatum. He moved away within months.

I live in a 55+ neighborhood. I am certain this would kill my neighbors.

My 8 year old would also freak the fuck out. Most people would not want that on their street

Make that 40-year-old
WindowStreetJournal
That shit should be banned, it's gore, not spooky. Normal people don't do that when children can be around, but most adults don't like this either.

Seems like a go to for if I want my neighbors to never speak to me again

Yeah I had kids who couldn't sleep after seeing some of the neighbours' displays. Not sure why people find this hilarious.

People are self centered cunts. That's demonstrated daily.
