Really well done, but maybe should have edited your kid's name out before posting.

From someone who runs a small playhouse business, great job ??

Awesome thank you!!!

Solid wood!? It's worth $50k already! Nice remodeling!

Was going to say something similar.

What about when it rains? Looks like no window panes. Get shutters at least or everything inside will get soaked

4 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

I had a tarp over it when rain was forecasted until we could get a pop up tent over it. It looks nice and keeps it dry/in the shade

HUGE FLOOF!

He’s my forever foster because he hates everyone but me. Like urgent-care hates. He came with the name Beige. Hahaha

You could get $ 650, 000 for that in California.

Sorry, the local HOA says no plants in the window boxes.

Rent: $1,300/month

That's really cheap tbh ...

I know right? One bedroom apartments run $2,000 - $2,500 here. Rec facility packages cost extra. $100 per month extra per pet.No utilities.

Don't forget 1st+Last months rent and an additional security deposit same cost as rent. Just to move in = $6500++ That's more than /

I am making per month as an hourly Store Manager at a Fortune 500 company

Very nice. Love the pict of your big bad kitty looking in the front door. Hope they’re ok (scar behind ear)

Jesus I didn’t even notice the cat nevermind it’s wound

4 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

Looks like it is a still healing wound. The area around it is shaved

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

You right! I have three cats and they all hate each other even though it’s been years… Once in a while things get serious.

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

He had been in a scuffle with another of my cats and had to have an abscess drained but it’s all good now

Damn, I scrolled by thinking it was a random raccoon checking things out.

Maybe don't post pics of some one else's kid

4 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

That was the ad on FB marketplace ...

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah, and that person posted it, you don't repost some one else's kid

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Your dog looks thrilled. Your cat is wondering why they weren't invited

She needs a little stock of treats for the pets so there is extra traffic at the window.

Cost of house in Vancouver, 1.7 million

Bee-ing traumatized as a child has me always thinking “Wow, what a nice place for the wasps to live!” when I see any play houses.

4 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Nice job on the house and the kid. She looks adorable!

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Thanks! We are a little obsessed with her. Only child of old ass parents ! :))

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Can throw that up on Zillow for $500,000

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That’s wonderful. Pro tip: add led strip lights, our girls love them! Especially party mode.

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

My sister got me rope lights that are solar powered. Just gotta figure out how to put them up!!

This is amazing. Makes me miss childhood a bit! My parents built us a playhouse about this size when we were kiddos. You're a good parent.

Aww thanks

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Very well done!

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Great job, she will have a lot of fun on that house. Your girl is adorable.

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Excellent work @OP! It’s beautiful!

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I love this! Chuck some fly screen up so the bugs stay out.

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Lol the bugs won't stay out no matter what

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Your little girl is beautiful.

The pic where she’s kicked back and eating chips in a dress is such a mood

Hey - doing the “New Dad” thing and loved this - any chance you had blueprints or were just winging it?

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

She's a single mom with five kids who runs an e-bay business selling braids and a budget of only 3.9 million for the renovations...

Dude, if I owned a house that'd be me all weekend.

4 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 0

I own a house and weekends are more like "oh god the squirrel's back in the attic."

Mine lately has been, “ffs we have a clog in the pipe?!” and “when am I going to do something about this yard???” I swear, you mark one 1/2

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

thing off and three more crop up in its place. 2/2

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Exactly. At best it's just mow the lawn / trim hedges / fix that thing that's loose / etc.

4 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

My grandma's son lives with her and is steadily pushing her out of the big chores. She agrees now since the neighbor just died snowblowing.

If your going to put soft furnishings in there even on a temporary basis you should make sure the roof keeps rain out.

4 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 2

It’s pretty good at keeping things dry I was told but I also covered the whole thing in a pop-up tent

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

All I can think about is the mildew factor in those rugs and pillows.

4 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

Exactly, even if they plan on taking all the soft furnishings in the house after play time each time all it takes is 1 unexpected rain.

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Covered the whole house with a pop up tent

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The floor pillow was actually a rescue from my backyard… The rest of the textiles were from FiveBelow so no big loss
