The problem in the concept on been trans, straight, gay or whatever, is trying to be admired, do your life and help others if you can, without being recognized

I can't tell if this is real or a piss take.

Would it be interesting to discover that Mary, mother of Jesus, was, in fact, naturally trans gendered and able to self fertilize. While those who worship jesus and hate trans people would never believe such a thing was possible, it would certainly fulfill another statement in the bible. The road to hell is wide and broad.

Love that last line. “Nature is undeniably queer” as it is now and has always been.

Wonder what a garden with natural examples of homophobia and transphobia would look like. Bet it looks like a golf course.

What’s the circle on the flag? I’m up to date with all the other changes but the circle is new too me

"Yellow has long been seen as an intersex color or to represent those who do not fit the binary. The purple circle represents the wholeness of the intersex community free from colors like blue and pink that are commonly seen as male and female, respectfully. The fact that the circle is unbroken is important because the intersex community continues to fight for bodily autonomy against the medical history of “corrective” genital surgery. A complete and whole circle represents how complete.."

Kew Gardens did an event like this in 23, it was great as it was several hours of biology and plants don't give a flying fuck about sex.

They do, in fact, it's how most of them prefer to reproduce. The thing is, they don't care who gets their sperm or whose sperm they get in return, a lot of the time. Basically, plants give a huge flying fuck about sex, they want it bad any way they can get it lol

Are you suggesting that coconuts are sluts?

Only issue here is that snails aren't non-binary, that's a gender term, rooted in sociological science, which only applies to human beings. No ethologist (animal behaviorist) worth their salt would be so brazen as to say a snail could express a gender. They are hermaphroditic, not non-binary.

And I only say this because it's important to separate gender and sex, that's how the conservatives are able to whip up the moderates who aren't knowledgeable on the subject and achieve their political victories. Sex ≠ Gender, it is true that most human societies generate a gender binary that is reinforced by sex, but that does not fit all people, or all cultures.
