'Vote blue no matter who'... unless it's the wrong shade of blue.

Hypocrites.

Thanks for Florida 2000, jackhole

I still hate Nader for giving us dubya’s second term and in a
Way creating the petri dish for many libertarian trumpian nuts

Imgur next election: "Time to hit (D) and not think about the DNC, the main component of the Party, being an AIPAC held asset. This will surely not blow up in my face."

"There's no other alternative", I've heard that since 1994 when Democrats looked at the Neo-Con offerings and held their nose reluctantly. "It'll get better if we just keep stuffing (D)s into the roles." Did it? Or do we have even more Blue Dogs now than then?

Insanity; repeating same mistakes, expecting a different outcome.

Because the majority of national politicians are Israel first, corporations second, Americans, if they don't inconvenience the other two, can be slipped in the cracks here and there.

This guy is still alive???

The guy from Greg Bear's book "Eon" is real?!

You can live a long time if you don't drive a Corvair.

11 months ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

Nonsense, simply weigh down the front of the Corvair by filling the frunk full of 125 copies of Ralph Nader’s “Unsafe at Any Speed.”

Who cares who endorses him. As long as he wins.

I prefer a candidate not endorsed by the hyenas that allowed genocide, and have stood idly by to allow a fascist coup of our government. Not speaking against Israel is speaking against America. Not acknowledging Palestine is an insult to free men, and women.

Exactly. Id think not being endorsed would potentially be a negative thing. Hes popular among constituents and thats the important thing

It is an indictment of corporate dems being pieces of shit

He's going to win. But people are looking to see who will work with Zohran to get actual left-wing policies implemented. If they can't even support him as a candidate, they will undermine him and his policies. Not endorsing Zohran is like asking to get primaried.

11 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Whole swaths of dems need to be primaried. It’s time for new blood. It’s time for democratic socialism. We can’t afford any more moderates.

Endorsements lead to wins dude. Stop pretending elections happen in a vacuum.

He’s running for mayor of a city. He needs to win New York City. Nowhere is more tired of moderates.

Why does this feel like the old conspiracy theory of "the jews control america from the shadows!"?

Is Israel making white supremacist ramblings true?

11 months ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 6

No no no, not those Jews... the other ones... The ones that killed Jesus or something, or owned the house next to him. Those guys

Taking stances critical of Israel almost ensures that the money from Pro-Israel PACs will dry up. Considering Mamdani has openly said he would try to honor the ICC's arrest warrant for Netanyahu the democrat candidates taking Pro-Israel PAC money are not going to endorse him.

Nope. Zionists control them. When they heard this they conflated it to “jews” spread the word then cried everyone is antisemetic. Its zionazism 101

11 months ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

It’s not “The Jews” it’s Israel. It’s a Zionist apartheid state. It’s bastardized Judaism. It hid behind the past horrors the Jews endured while it built its own fascist machine. It does run other nations. Silent leaders are compromised. Participant nations are complicit.

No. Israel isn't representative of Jewish people. They are an unsinkable aircraft carrier in the oil-rich Middle East. It's American taxpayer money that's funneled back into Jeffries' and Schumer's pockets. They and other AIPAC shills act in the interest of oil companies and the military industrial complex, who also lobby to the point of creating millionaires overnight. None of them act in the interest of Jewish people.

Imagine how frustrating it must be for these guys that there's no single Muslim leader they can point at and blame for things, the way we can point at Netanyahu. Or even one main Muslim-majority country they can blame for things. Or having to deal with the fact that the world's hottest hotbed of Muslim activity is... Indonesia.

Might have a bit to do with the very oppressive nature of the existing Muslim regimes? NO activism tolerated, besides state defined anti-Israeli movements? They need an outside enemy, same as classic Fascist dictatorships, for the excuse to suppress any local grown challenges. The Arab governments have needed Israel for excusing internal political suppression, as much as Netanyahu needs Muslim antagonism, to keep power in his hands. And the peoples so governed have no say, and a dark future.

"NO activism tolerated, besides state defined anti-Israeli movements?" - Tell that to Indonesia and Malaysia's Chinese population.

A good point, I focused too strongly on Mid-East Muslim extremists. Further East, away from Israel, the antipathy to all other outsiders gets expressed differently. My opinion that oppressive governments permit aggression to outsiders of several kinds, to keep control, wrapped in religion, ethnicity and patriotism. Anti-Chinese sentiment is nothing exclusive to Muslim countries. Their economic success attracts hate wherever there is poverty, usually more from local oppression, than their doing.

Kathy Hochul endorsed him... she is the leading Democrat in NY State...

Wait, is that Ralph Nader, destroyer of worlds? Wow, I thought he was long dead... turns out clean living makes people have to endure you for decades.

I had to personally work with Kathy for a couple years, she's atrocious. Utterly useless, used her husband and Erie county as a springboard.

11 months ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 3

I actually haven't lived, actively, in NY state since I graduated college in the early 1990s... When I was there it was Cuomo, before his good name was destroyed by his, incredibly shitty, garbage children.

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Maybe a tell-all post could be in the works? 🤔

11 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Hah. The best part is Kathy was the Erie County Clerk for a couple years (just a rung on her nepo ascension), after she left the county found ~3 MILLION in uncashed checks to the county for land transfers that had never been opened or accounted for.

Kathy is utterly useless.
