whoa

OMG these two are still making content? I swear they were one of the first on either insta or YouTube. Shit is soooo cringe but I still respect them for doing what I never could. Couple Russians iirc. Years ago it was all sexual stuff like dude be working out and a chick does splits in front of him and he looks at camera like "later I eat"

No phones in gyms. I said what I said.

Using an invisible rope is cheating.

1 month ago | Likes 207 Dislikes 0

What next, an invisible bench?

She was using the w-lan cable ^^

Tell me you're German without telling me you're German.

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Thst would be incredibly difficult NOT to stare at, because holy hell, she is powerful! That is some hard work, and she deserves massive props for the practice. Just thinking about trying to do that hurts.

1 month ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Now i need a stable machine i can try that on to see if i still can do that

1 month ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I'd need a heftier machine than I used to.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Things like this remind Me just how weak and old and ugly I am 😂

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

When I was in the best shape of my life, I was a linebacker and ran a 4.4 40. This girl would have kicked my ass. Insane core strength.

1 month ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 0

Mesmerized.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Meanwhile I'm wearing this to the gym

1 month ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

That's right ladies, sometimes we stare because we're impressed, not because mini-us are doing the thinking.

I love watching abs flex on fit women.

1 month ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

I'm sure he's her friend and they're doing this for Internet points. He's good though. Nearly looks authentic.

However if this was me and I was the passerby at the gym and saw that, I'd pack up and leave and cry into a bucket of ice cream on my couch.

Amazing core strength. If I attempted this I'd squeeze out a fart to hard my shorts would blow right off. Anyone within 10 feet of me would faint from the oxygen displacement. The sonic boom would shatter the windows.

The last two lines had me rolling, ROFL.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I walked downstairs and made coffee earlier so hah

1 month ago | Likes 70 Dislikes 2

Same. I'm not looking forward to having to walk back upstairs.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Hey, if you're like some of us with depression and such, that's a huge feat.

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Shoot, I even failed at that. Broke a toe walking down the stairs before I could even make the coffee

1 month ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Proud

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah, fuck. I wish I was 20.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That looks like a Pilates girl!

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I can do this, in fact, I would probably look more incredulous than him.

Look dude, it's rude to stare... But same!

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No, this is clearly witchcraft.

1 month ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

She's clearly a mime, not a witch.

1 month ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

A mimewich. It's like a manwich, but scarier.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Well that's a new DND character for me - a wizard/witch who can only enact their powers through mime.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yes, he is staring. We all would be and it is because we all would be impressed.

1 month ago | Likes 457 Dislikes 4

It would definitely get my attention.

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Idc what you look like or your genitals etc, if I see you have that core control im probably gonna stare, and then apologize for staring bc I was just gob stopped

1 month ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 0

Yeah, I'll high five you after.

1 month ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Hell yeah fuck yeah

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

who are you arguing with?

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

These insecure dipshits CONSTANTLY think they’re being “wokescolded” for everything they do because they are paranoid from like ONE time that they got told to stop being creeps.

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

so true. it doesn't matter what you do as a woman, they will find a way to be annoyed with you. I'm exhausted.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Oh for sure. There are few motivators longer-lasting than the bruised ego of an insecure person with creep-tendencies. They are exhausting precisely because what drives them is inexhaustible: their shame.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Also worried about her back. That is not a healthy amount of strain, no matter your muscles.

1 month ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 6

Back?

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

She'll be fine, it's just bodyweight. The most important set of muscles for protecting against back injuries is your core, and she's clearly got both a very strong core and excellent kinesthetic sense. Weighted squats and deadlifts both put much more strain on the spine, and people do those safely all the time.

I herniated a disc doing pull-down crunches at the gym. Took YEARS to heal. That was no picnic.

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I herniated 2 sitting in my office chair. Took about a year and an expensive orthopedic chair before I was back to normal.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Damn

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I mean, she's performing in the gym. Her goal, as illustrated by the camera, is to make herself the center of attention. It's cool, but also annoying.

1 month ago | Likes 92 Dislikes 18

Just another reason I get extreme anxiety at the thought of stepping foot into a gym...

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I would never be annoyed if I saw this. Just in awe at the core strength.

1 month ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 1

Same. I love when my gym people do cool stuff. I'd record myself if I could do cool stuff too! It would be awesome to show them off when I'm super old too!

1 month ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

That’s not a completely safe assumption, just because you see a camera. Unless they’re livestreaming, they still might want editorial control over exactly what parts get shared and who they get shared with. Some people film purely to check their form later.

1 month ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 12

Sure, but apply a little Bayesian probability logic here.

1 month ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 8

.... They're a pair of content creators. Like that's literally who they are. Been doing this for years

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

You might feel like that’s what you’re doing, but unless you’re actually keeping the data and running the math, you’re just a classic case of confirmation bias.

1 month ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 7

it's annoying how many people think just because they mention numbers, then that means their observations are empirical.

1 month ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

She’s doing tricks bro, come off it.

1 month ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

Theoretically you can make almost everything up

1 month ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Would it be rude to walk up and ask "hey, can I feel your tummy when you do that?"? Surely, that wouldn't be weird, right? Right?

Someone who does this in a public gym with a camera on them may charge you for it, but they do want the attention.

It's like tattoos. It's a sort of public visual diary so where they put them tells you something about that person. Like if it's on the shoulder or forearm it's very public and noticeable but can still be hidden, the back or stomach are for people who plan to show off whereas the back of the hands if code for "not employable" and the face and neck is code for "prison time"

1 month ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 25

You have not been around many people with tattoos, have you?

1 month ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

And quiet walker is code for doofus.

1 month ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

Hi, yes, um… I don’t know how to say it politely so I’ll just say it:

You’re wrong and your opinion is idiotic.

Source: am tattooed. Spend A LOT of time with other tattooed. Spend A LOT of time with tattoo artists.

1 month ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 1

Also doesn't understand the purpose of people filming themselves working out other than it must be because they share it online.

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Can’t say anything about that, as I have no experience thusly

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

In public? Nah.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

There's this thing called "going back through the recording of your workout to check form and self analyze to maybe find ways of improving the routine and monitoring progress". But no, it must always be because they are attention whores /s

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You can always ask!

1 month ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 6

I would absolutely not recommend it. I think you’re joking, but for those unsure: do not request to touch a woman stranger’s body (prob goes for dude’s bodies too). Don’t comment on it either - you can compliment her strength, but not her actual body parts.

Brought to you by your friendly neighborhood feminist killjoy!

1 month ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 1

Good advice. User name checks out.

1 month ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

And don't ever touch people while they're lifting heavy, you can harm their bracing and cause injury. Her quads, core, knee complex are doing a lot of work here.

And ask before grabbing or squeezing a random man's body too. It's happened to me my entire life, without asking, since I was a teen. Men and women have done it. Privates, butt, lower back, arms, shoulders, shaved head, etc. I'm huge and so it's never seen as "a potential threat of anything further." If asked, we're usually okay with

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I started to be shocked about Privates, but then I remembered Sack Tap. The loudest homophobes usually love this “game”.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I am joking lol. But if I did ask and was told to fuck off, I would immediately fuck off without having to be told twice.

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

I would at least ask which direction, first.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

How..... Do you think she would feel.... If you asked?

She doesn't know you "from a bear in the woods".

She doesn't know, if her refusing you access to her body and "even the most kind polite smiling response"

is gonna get her called a B****,
or punched,
or attacked outside after she leaves.

Just.... Stop being creepy.

Women should never have to worry about us.

Every one should stand up against anyone who makes her - or anyone else - feel threatened.
