These are the Commercial versions of the Virtuix Omni, which actually was what they used in Ready Player One. One version of it anyway.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

and suddenly all the gamers are the fittest subgroup of humans

5 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Imagine this on call of duty games where you have to run to the others side of the map the shoot the other players, a good way to get fit

5 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Its not quite full body, but some games offer "armswing" movement in VR, where you move by swinging your arms

The 4th Matrix movie looks weird

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's some pretty solid stuff, resisting to all that thrust.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Not enough pointless references.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Gamers are going to be the fittest ppl on Earth if this becomes affordable

5 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That scream hit a primal frequency at the end, straight up chimp

5 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Was waiting for her to punch the TV. Disappointed.

5 years ago | Likes 40 Dislikes 0

She tied to kick

5 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 0

This is kind of embarrassing.

Please mute

Hey if this promotes exercise in our youth I'm all for it.

5 years ago | Likes 322 Dislikes 0

It also promotes youth in Asia. I think that’s very empowering as well!

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Possibly in our mid-thirties too?

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I'm not young and I'd go for it too. I could use the exercise too.

5 years ago | Likes 35 Dislikes 0

I forget the name but there’s a good reactive boxing game that gets the heart pumping. I only had to accidentally uppercut the dog once

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Before she learned to give me some space.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

So you're saying your dog is a "boxer"?

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

What do you think this room smells like?

5 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

Same as any gamer's gaming room. Sweat, Mt Dew, and cheetos. (Speaking from experience as a gamer who sometimes exercises lol)

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Joe, Updog, and Ligma

5 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

What's joe? What's updog? What's ligma?

I'd totally get a set up like this is it didn't cost thousands of dollars.

5 years ago | Likes 179 Dislikes 1

And probably couldn't take my fat arse

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Technically, exercise equipment also costs thousands of dollars.

5 years ago | Likes 79 Dislikes 1

Yeah, but I can go outside for a jog/run, or do body weight exercises at home to work out of all I wanted was to exercise.

5 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

But you don't.

5 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

What's your point? I was originally taking about a VR set up. You're taking about exercise equipment.

5 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Haha I'm just joining in mid convo to be a dick, this thing is cool af.

5 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

You need a vr ready pc, any vr headset and the new KAT VR omni treadmill which is $1,500 I believe

5 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 0

Tbf the treadmill is a lot cheaper than I thought it'd be

5 years ago | Likes 33 Dislikes 0

Yep. I'd expect something like 5 grand for that.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Is this tech gets cheaper, it would revolutionize VR gaming. Picture an MMO with a setup like this!

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

It's getting closer

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

That one doesn't look like a KAT VR. The ones they have on thier site, dont have the nice massive supporting/stoppin ring around the player.

5 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Looks like a Virtuix Omni. They do commercial sales only, which would fit the venue.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Virtuix is prepping the Omni One for commercial sales - should be all inclusive (VR headset) with vest/360 bar vs. the circle - $2,100 or so
