A white MENTALLY DISABLED man in his early twenties, who is a Trump supporter, was kidnapped and tortured by four unnamed African-Americans in Chicago. He was believed to be held captive for 24-48 hours in the suspect's apartment.
The video, which was livestreamed on Facebook, showed him being repeatedly kicked and hit. His scalp was cut, and he was tied up with his mouth taped shut the entire time. You could hear his assailants shouting, "Fuck Trump," and, "Fuck white people."
I hope this will not be lost in usersub, as it is an extremely important event that is not recieving the attention it deserves, and will probably be swept under the rug because it does not fit the media's false narrative. It is important to show that racism comes in all shapes and forms, and is not only inherent to white people.
Once we acknowledge that we are all people and not all that different, and stop playing into the media's false narrative that we are divided and different, then we can truly come together as humans to move society in a positive direction.
