4 Épices = 1 tablespoon white pepper/Rounded 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves/1 teaspoon ground ginger/1 teaspoon grated nutmeg.

7 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

You know Jeff Dunham is making this shit right now. On a steek!

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

4 Spice? What about 5 Spice?

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I prefer old spice.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's like a sausage gravity bong.

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I'm a chef and have never thought of this. This is brilliant. Cudos to you @OP

Šiš ćevap, traditional food in BiH https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xKIU-sl5urg

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I wanna try this. Just for the meat stick magic.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Seems like the bottle & stick process is superfluous considering you stuff it into sandwich. Just make a patty with fried cheese on top.

7 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

Probably was invented by sticking a kebab in a sandwich

First you shake it .... then you bake it !

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Step 1: own a jar the exact inside diameter of a softdrink bottle.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That music sounds so much like the old yogscast intro/outro music

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ouep.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Are there English names for those spices?

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

everything has to be ruined with cheese

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

I would prefer it without cheese too

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

and my mom said my gravity bong could only be used to destroy my brain... HA! Who's laughing now, mom?!

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Imma make some of this, but make into meatballs for spaghetti

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I will never attempt this. But I’m hungry and it looks amazing. +1 for the saliva flow increase.

7 years ago | Likes 60 Dislikes 2

look up kafta recipes for a better "sausage" and don't accept any recipe that puts bread in it.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You want some more? Have some of mine

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I’m good. Thanks to this post, I have more than I need.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Well ok buddy, you just let me know alright? I'll be right over here. In the corner. The dark corner. Don't look.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Well the shish kebabs can be bought readymade quite cheaply at most supermarkets, as well as the cheese squares, so that covers the hard bit

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm upset with the sounds I made during this

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

What is this??? O.o Curious what sorta "épices" I should be using

7 years ago | Likes 862 Dislikes 2

It’s called allspice in America

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

Translation : Parsley, 4 spices (all in one, ready to use ginger, clove, nutmeg & pepper), salt and pepper.

7 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

The éspicy éspices!

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

first read it as feces

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

4 spices is an already blended type of spice you can buy

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It looks like turkish koefte. If it's that: cumin, salt, pepper, curcuma. Tastes even better with lamb. Grate in onions for more flavor.

7 years ago | Likes 219 Dislikes 6

Bangarang Rufio

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Turkish Covfefe

7 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

I think it is lamb? It's incredibly lean for producing that little grease.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

when I get it in Germany the once without the pike are always lamb- and with pike are lamb or beef- or mixed

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Love your username

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

But why put “4 spice” and then salt and pepper after?

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Grate, just grate

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

you could probably also use chinese 5 spice.

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Too much anise

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

"This skewer tastes like anus!" "I think you mean 'anise'..." "I know what I said."

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

White Pepper, Clove, Ginger, and Nutmeg. The French Allspice.

7 years ago | Likes 36 Dislikes 2

Wikipedia agrees BUT! Allspice and Cinnamon are recognized alternatives: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quatre_épices

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Allspice isn’t a mix, it’s a thing on its own, just called that because it was determined it tasted like cinnamon, clove & nutmeg mixed.

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Thank you!

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's a whole lot easier to just form the meat around the stick with your hand. People in the middle east been doing if for millennia.

7 years ago | Likes 81 Dislikes 0

People everywhere

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Thank you ! This soda-bottle technique is dumb and overly complicated, never seen such a thing before...

7 years ago | Likes 31 Dislikes 0

It might be handy if you don't have a sausage maker.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

95% sure the stick thing would fail horribly and the cheese would just burn to the pan if I tried this.

7 years ago | Likes 573 Dislikes 1

You're pooping wrong then

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

With enough cheese you won't poop at all.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

LMAOOOOO

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That's a 5% success rate tho

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I always allow for rolling a 20.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I am 100% sure that that’s what would happen to me

7 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Hey you could roll a 20, gotta leave that 5%

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

484 of us agree.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

and counting, damn. It's always the asinine comments that blow up.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Non stick pan and let it go a little longer than you think. Once it browns it releases easily

7 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 0

"If it still sticks it's not done"

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

They're probably using a brand new non-stick pan for the video, nothing for the cheese to get stuck in/on.

7 years ago | Likes 84 Dislikes 0

I use the Paula Deen Signature set, about 5 years now and they're still like new

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Well-seasoned cast iron is also awesome for cheese.

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

That's a Heritage pan! Those things are the fucking best! I have a couple I've owned for.. damn, 5 years now. Still like new. LOVE EM

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

You need to buy some better pans.

7 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

can you buy me better pans? i can only afford the walmart cheepies :(

7 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 1

I got my cheap non-stick from walmart.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I've had Paula Deens signature set for years and they still non stick like they are new

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Actually it's German originally but it's available almost worldwide.

7 years ago | Likes 45 Dislikes 0

Didn't sell that great in Canada

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Manufactured by Unilever for sale in UK and numerous other places which is British / Dutch owned. Introduced in 1907 by German Henkel cmpny

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Which is what I said, more or less

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Sure.. I didn't mean anything.. I just found it interesting that the original German company didn't make and distribute it in those places.

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Haven’t seen it here in Australia

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's a good point, it's in NZ but I've never seen it here either

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I've seen it in NZ, they run TV ads for it all the time.
