Custom made router bit with a very sharp angle to match the material needed to be removed from the bend to get a very tight fit, then simply filled. With what, sawdust + glue, standard wood filler, whatever. They might have used some stain or toner to blend in and hide things further.

I've been trying to figure out a cheap way to steam some 4 x 7 panels I need to bend for a canned ham trailer. What are they using to produce the steam?
i have this sorta jenky setup for larger pieces, it's just make a plastic bag big enough, then tape a fabric steamer nozzle on one end, it works better on a warm day.
Thanks, pretty sure that's where I'm headed. I actually have a wallpaper steamer from a past life, might as well utilize it. I really only need to steam 3 pieces

It probably is through the wall mounts. I would imagine there's some sturdy post. We never see the installation after all.

Looks like it is a router bit that is very pointy, so it is just a vedge that is bend into itself.

I would imagine wood glue and saw dust packed into the cuts, then sanded and stained so it's not noticable.
