A lot of times in cosplays the jewellery and adornments are just "meh close enough". They're too big, not the right shape, the proportions are off, or just blobs of shaping foam that loosely resemble the source.
And that's probably because it's a high level of difficulty to recreate the elaborate pieces from the source material.
But this person has absolutely nailed those details and I'm very fucking impressed.

It could be impossible in an evil playthrough, because I think you need Wyll in your party, and he has some objections regarding slaughtering everyone in the druid's grove.
If he is in your party, she'll should show up in your camp in act 3, and make the offer (she won't approach you, you need to talk to her). If you accept, it can destroy your relationship though.
