Have you considered HGH? Steroids really do work. I don't personally use them but I've watched my buddies get real huge. But yeah I carry that kinda weight around at work and I look like an orangutang, welcome to being an old man.
I'm an old man (okay I'm 33, but I feel old). I neither look this good, not could I lift up that weight I suspect. So at least you're doing better than me.
As I probably even older man, yeah, I could lift that, but probably not that fast and I wouldn't be able to walk right the next day. I'm also about twice her size, so what I can lift has nothing to do with her lifting an impressive amount of weight.
It kind of irritates me when someone who obviously spends massive amounts of time eating right and working out immediately gets accused of using steroids/PEDs. If there's evidence of that, then post it. Otherwise, STFU.
1. What weight is that? Kinda looks like maybe 315? But I couldn't make out pounds in those plates. 2. As a man in my mid thirties, I would never throw around 315 so quickly, since my max is maybe 500 pounds.... so what are you dead lifting? 3. If you wanna look better, get your diet right and focus on hypertrophy. Body building isn't about strength. it is about dialing diet and maximizing muscle volume.
Are you sure your max is maybe 500? That's a really high weight for most people. I've never tested above 455 yet, and I can throw around 315 pretty "easily".
Idk, its just a guesstimate. My 5x5 is at 435 and I have no desire to go further. And yes, 315 is pretty easy in comparison, but I would never pull 315 like that at my *age*. Maybe im scarred from sustaining injury to my lower back when i was younger but saying you're an old man , I'd assume you also have the joints of a heavy lifter as well. And 500 is a lot for most people for sure, but it's really not special for men who have been deadlifting for 10+ years.
Yeah I'm really not trying to pull too much more either. I'm late 40's with no joint problems. Maybe cause I did only start deadlifting 10ish years ago and am extremely strict about my form or maybe just lucky. No injuries when I was younger cause I started big into calisthenics (should have stuck with that), and then became a glamour muscle bro for a decade and could bench more than I could squat not that I ever did. Anyway if you're doing 5x5 @435 no need to prove you can do 500

Those weighted medicine balls are usually full of sand or other soft+dense material! Tossing them isn't easy.

That's great, but slow the fuck down. It will have a much greater effect to your muscles, if you do that slowly.

This annoys me because my deadlift is way bigger than that and I don't look nearly as good. Of course I'm an old man. But it still annoys me.

She had to train way more hours to reach that weight level than you had to though.

I mean with CrossFit, some chemical shortcuts get you there faster. Damn impressive and damn hard work, but less impossible.

Her weight is likely 265 if she is using a women's bar. 275 if men's. 2x45s + 25 on each side
