It's definitely Australian/New Zealand market build, complete with the front fender turn signals, but this is the first one I've ever seen. I knew they had GMT800s for that market but I didn't know about the OBS. Maybe it's a single or two year production run, ('99 and/or '00) during the last years of the GMT400. I'm hoping someone from there can weigh in.
