One of my co-workers and I talked about this recently, he said that there were plenty of single women here; okay, sure thing is not a single one has any interest, I interact with them at least a handful of times during the week and no, I do not expect them to automatically fall for me or anything, but a little interest shown to me would be nice.

I feel your pain @op. It's why I gave up. I got tired of continually putting myself out there and getting either rejected outright or flat out ignored. Dating is shit no matter where you live or where you try it.

Ever since I installed ad blockers they all vanished from my area. At least, that's my excuse and I'm sticking with it.

I should clarify, I live in a small Alaskan bush village and am one of the few non-Natives living here and have been here for a while; when I say that there are single women here, I mean women who’ve either been with non-Native guys before and have kids, or ones who have been in bad relationships and want nothing to do with guys.
