Sad fact, the only game we have gotten that comes close to the austethics of the Expanse is Starfield, altough with how popular the star wars mod project is for starfield maybe modders will return and make a expanse mod.

Because The Expanse was an TTRPG that the two creators of the show ran, and one of them was his character, Miller, who wore a fedora and was supposed to be a bit of the noir law man. When you consider the charter was made for a IRL TTRPG, Miller's out-of-sync clothes and noir flair at least make some sense.
