So all I can find right now is just different people stating that because they leased the building, not owned, the insurance isn’t set up to properly cover it. As far as I can tell this is unsubstantiated and is mostly conjecture. Fingers crossed it winds up being true but sorry for potentially spreading misinformation. Damnit people, I appreciate the sentiment but this shit is embarrassing. This is a high profile target, you stake out the place for a month minimum so you get their routine down and thereby know when it's time to get to work. None of this stupid "We came up with the idea Saturday and did it Sunday" crap. And for god's sake get a decent tool; this is america, you can get military grade rifles so you're not in view of the camera.

Gonna go ahead and say military drones are a lot more difficult to get your hands on. Go to a gun show and there's no paper trail to link your weapon of choice to the job. Those lunatics actually take cash and at most require a driver's license to prove you're old enough though usually it's no questions asked if you're in the right area (ie the south).

Don't need a military drone - Get a decent one that can hold some weight, rig it so it can carry a container and has a lighter, fill that container with a gasoline+styrofoam mix, wait until he's outside to fly the drone into him so he's covered in the liquid, then ignite it, and have the drone GTFO.

Incendiaries are not my area of expertise so dunno if that would just burn him or actually take him out of the equation. I know how to make semi unreliable non incendiary explosives (timing till detonation isn't precise) but for those to be effective you'd already have to have access to the inside of his house. Really think a scoped rifle with a silencer and fore knowledge is the way to go.

IIRC, gas+styrofoam is pretty close to napalm, being sticky and rather flammable. But a scoped rifle with a silencer would be both less obvious and cause less collateral damage.
