"Crow of judgment, schmow of judgment. I'll take my dairy-free, tomato-free pizza and crow-free skies."

When I turned 30 I became allergic to Dairy and tomatoes. I make my own pizza with plant-based cheese and marinara sauce made from carrots and beets.

It's weird but it's all I got

Weirdly all I saw was crows today

Dietary evangelism sucks. Stop trying to shame people into eating what you eat.

But frankly. If you wanna go out or live together, overlapping meals tend to help a lot.

Okay yeah. But like.... buddy sends the crow of judgement. Clearly not being serious about it.

Yes, but this looks like a joke, not a deliberate attempt at shaming.

4 days in a row! Up from my previous "not taking them for months" seasonal event.

I am in the last stages of "had to reset all meds cause I went manic even on meds" once in a decade event. *high five*

Oh I love my mental health meds tolerance break, ever so exciting!

You mean correct? Not being able to digest lactose is actually a proper function. It's a mutation to be and to after childhood. Cheese still tasty though

Pizza is The Crucible of Judgement. I know a lot of people that can't have dairy but they don't balk at a slice of pizza. Everybody loves pizza. Ask Mr. Puckett

If someone is lactose intolerant then solid cheeses are fine. There's very very little lactose left in solid cheese, it's left behind with the whey. If there's an actual allergy however - that can turn nasty

Pizza is one of the foods for which I will face down my dairy aversion. I really don't know how I'm this fucking White down all eight sides of my family and I got the RANDOM "can't have milk" gene

That sucks. Yeah I got the alcoholism.

I managed to dodge the addictive behaviours, but the heart conditions are all reporting for duty!

I ALSO don’t eat cheese, but because I just don’t care for it.

My youngest doesn't like melted cheese. What kind of kid doesn't like melted cheese!?

1 year ago | Likes 31 Dislikes 1

I have a friend with ARFID and melted cheese disgusts her. She eats pizza if it's light cheese. Similarly, I'm lactose intolerant and didn't know for most of my life, and cheesy stuff often made me feel really bad without understanding why as a kid, and I grew to hate things like grilled cheese or mac and cheese (which was one of the few foods my sister would actually eat). I think I went without cheese for a couple years in my late teens before I realized I could handle small amounts

I hate to break it to you, but dislike of melted cheese is hereditary. It seems your spouse is hiding something important from you. You should break up.

Me, when I was a kid. I don’t hate ALL cheese, but in general I’m not a fan… I know… I’m weird.

A failure. Throw it out and try again

A proper wrong 'un is that one. Best to leave the forest to do its dark works.

Ever tried Flammkuchen? It's kinda like pizza, but no cheese and no tomatoes. Basically the toppings are just crème fraîche, onions and diced pork.

1 year ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Can also use schmand (sour cream)

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Also, the dough can be vegan.

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Goes great with diced pork

1 year ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Nothing wrong with a vegan diet, provided you had a healthy dose of meat first.

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Just have pizza without cheese. It's actually not bad (and that's coming from somebody who loves cheese)

1 year ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Isn't that just flatbread which has become fuckin bougie AF?

It's surprisingly tasty actually. SIL gets it regularly as she can't tolerate the cheese. It's different but good
