He paid a deposit to a bondsman when he got booked in Fulton County Jail. If you can pay a bond/bail then you don't have to stay in jail. Also, the charges are related to electoral fraud at the state level in Georgia (I assume the "getting stabbed" part is in reference to the protestors who stabbed four people in Washington D. C. during the December 2020 protests?), they're not federal charges from the DOJ.

In Georgia they have bail. He paid it. In other states he wouldn't need to since they just set you free immediately.

If I'm understanding your question right...he hasn't gone to trial yet, so it's pretty normal for him to be out on bail. However, if he keeps threatening witnesses and violating thn the judges ought to lock him up pending trial. Whether they'll actually do that...I remain skeptical. Once the defendant is tried and convicted, then they start serving time (though even then, sometimes rich assholes manage to negotiate a new bail until their appeal is decided.)

I rewatched the whole show this past year. Every episode messes with your mind in the best possible way. Great characters, great performances (somebody give Aubrey Plaza a retroactive Emmy), a sly sense of humor and absolutely amazing visuals.

As the viewer that's why I quit watching. I wasn't sure if there was supposed to be a "real" world anymore, or if it was all astral projection, a mind trap, or where everyone was "physically" supposed to be. Maybe that was the point, but it also made the stakes seem non-existent because reality just didn't exist.
