So let me get this straight: the only reason they're saying these men were POSING as ICE agents (as opposed to actually being ICE agents) is because the federal gov't said they weren't ICE agents - even though all anyone had to go on was the victim's description? So how would the gov't know who it was or wasn't? Then again, even if their identities were known, the gov't would still say it doesn't know them, so eh...
