Why pay to not see ads when you can just use adblockers?

Now you gotta skip ad and close a little ad box after the ad that remains on the video.

So, ad blockers dont exist for console without messing with the router iirc. If you're on console using YouTube the open close method is the only option. If there's another by all means tell me, genuinely asking.

Pay YouTube? Ha! My free ad blocker works just fine.

For years and years I didn't know You Tube had ads. Now I'm even more grateful for my adblocker.

I don't pay Youtube shit

I do. I pay for YouTube music which is bundled with YouTube Premium. I originally got it because the ads were driving my kids insane. I use YouTube on my work phone quite a bit and I’m extremely locked down as to what apps I can install.

Ublock origin on Firefox for laptop/desktop, grayjay for android.

You can get Firefox as a mobile browser, and install uBlock Origin on it as well.

It's slightly more of a pain in the ass to use YouTube on a mobile browser, which is why I recommended an app, but you're right.

If it a company shows an Ad on Youtube I wjll never buy from them again. By By Amazon.

Why, may I ask? Companies have a right to advertise their products. YouTube has a right to solicit advertisements to make money.

Why? Because I hate advertising. Despise it from the core. I will do everything in my power to block, avoid and otherwise disincentivize advertising in whatever way I can. I don’t care about the economy, their business model or anything else about it. If the internet collapses tomorrow for a lack of advertising revenue we’ll all be better off for it. Oh, and screw real world advertising too.

De nada. Sometimes I have strong opinions on specific topics.
