Comment Contest - Community Mixtape Vol. 6!

It's your boy DJ Doomicorn, a friendly neighborhood Community Manager.

It is that time again. These posts are usually on the third Friday of each month, but the playlist had to make way for Field Day and Iron GIF this time around. We can still turn up on a Tuesday, though!

For first-time contributors, I ask the community to comment your favorite songs so I can build a playlist. The top 50 tracks by upvote each month will make the cut. At nearly 19 hours of music so far, we'll be at a full day's worth of music before long. Today I am here to present the latest version of the playlist to you and ask for another 50 tracks to add.

In Vol. 4 of the mixtape, I asked the community to spice things up and share some tracks outside the top genre. We're seeing progress on this front, but I want to see more. Keep it coming!

Hip-Hop, Blues, Folk, and Electronic all saw increases this time, with Rock still holding a steady lead.

With July 29th on the horizon, let's make Vol. 6 the weirdest and most varied one yet! I want to hear some of the best deep cuts, goofy covers, experimental songs, and unique tracks you all can come up with.

The top 50 comments by upvote will receive staff pick trophies and secure their slot on the playlist. Updates to the mixtape will be shared via in-app messaging each month.
