Got really skinny after 2.5 years of dieting. Lost 175lbs and got everyone around me really worried.
Guy to my right (your left) is my weight loss buddy. We got together and decided to change our lives. Boy did we do that.

Trying to hit the gym more often these days. Been going for about 1.5 years now.
The thing that started it all. Deciding to do medicine has sparked an appreciation for my own health. Loving my final year of med school, and my new lifestyle to go with it, immensely.
