I’ve never had any GI issues after eating at Arby’s but the one I just went to was the first to ever make the beef n cheddar look professional and not sloppy
I remember when they ranked Friendlys and Buffalo Wild Wings the number one and two worst chain restaurants in the USA. I was like... WTF! Those are two of my favorites...lol
I don’t hate it. I just don’t wanna pay 18 dollars for it. It’s good. It’s just not better than the place that does homemade satays and I can get 30 of those for 15 bucks.
I tried the reuben at Arby's. Very disappointed. Go to an actual european delicatessen instead. And that sad excuse of marbled flour cake they use too, so they don't have to pay a proper bakery
The first time I ate at an Arby's, I ordered the beef and cheddar sandwich. I was hanging out with friends and by the time the sandwiches arrived, I had forgotten exactly what I ordered. I opened up the bun and couldn't figure out what the flavorless orange goo was. Spoiler alert: it was the cheese. Some of their other stuff isn't too bad, but their flagship roast beef sandwiches are just beef flavored pulp.
More than any other fast food joint, Arby's lived or dies by the condiments a dry roast beef and cheddar is an ordeal to get through. Add some horsey sauce and it has amazing potential to be a great sandwich.
i think as with any franchise it really depends on what the franchisee is like, my local pizza hut was literally a money laundering front and they would never send out what you ordered
Having had some excellent and horrible experiences with Arby's I think quality control is probably my biggest issue. Some stores are more reliable, too.

People just like to hate on it. I love Arby's.

layered cheese and real horseradish sauce.

Depends on the location. The one near my place gives everyone the brown town marathon. The one next town over is perfect.

I'm not going to go to a fast food place for roast beef, but their chicken and curly fries are good.
ClutterMonkey
On a car trip I got a cherry turnover and curly fries from there. Friend of mine got a chicken sandwich that smelled like old cat piss.
marinate1016
Missing out, but yea the chicken slider and chicken sandwich are solid
FeedTheNachoMan
Honestly not a big fan of the regular roast beef sandwiches, but I love their reuben, french dip, and turkey sandwich
marinate1016
I’ve never had anything besides the beef n cheddar and the chicken sandwich and sliders

Not many of those around here, sadly. There's a patisserie at the mall but they don't do anything with more meat than a bacon croissant.
There is a locally owned deli that does a pretty good reuben, and they add sauteed mushrooms to it when I ask.
ShoggothTree
How much did that run you?

Right? I’ve never understood the hate. Horsey sauce is the shit on a beef and cheddar! Never got the Taco Bell diarrhea thing either.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one.

Omg beef and cheddar. It's been so long.

The Jalapeño Brisket kept me coming back. Two months after they stopped serving it, the one near me closed. Perhaps someday…

You don't make friends with salad
Marsupialmessiah
You dont make friends with Arby's either, you need alcohol for that
RomanValkre
They have those ad well... at least they did, it's been a while since I was I was in one
marinate1016
Fuck a salad.
UhSadHJ84
Hahaha! You've never had a good salad. Grow your own vegetables, throw in some shrimp, and your golden pony boy. You will learn one day
marinate1016
No thanks, Caesar salad that’s it, but I’m taking Arby’s over that
UhSadHJ84
Fair enough friend
