Yes, but some risk is the persons choice to make. Some might think he is a bad owner, but the cat does seem to enjoy it. So in my opinion its a trade off, take more risks to have more adventure in your life. Others are free to have their opinion though.

I have a cycling specific Garmin that can do speed via GPS but I also have an actual speed sensor on my rear wheel for complete accuracy.
