I'm browsing Imgur on the Android app and there is a game ad that pops up occasionally and this dramatic music starts playing. I can't "x" out the ad and when I back out to usersub, the ad stays the same and continues playing. I have to close Imgur to make it stop. Is it just me experiencing this? Is my phone haunted? It's really annoying.

If you are on Android, just revert your app version. I am on 4.4.5.11126 and have no issues with the app. Only ads are the old style.

Imgur emerald is imgurs' version of a paid, ad free, ap status. If see ads while browsing, you've got imgur "basic" - free with ads.
