7 years hard work.

On the left I’m around 19st 7lb (273lb) and on the right I’m 15st 3lb (213lb). Food had always been my vice and I have so much sympathy for others in the same position. I have to work damned hard to keep it off via calorie control and I’m absolutely of the opinion over eating isn’t fundamentally a choice. I’m happy to share how I got to where I am with others who want help and wish anyone on that journey the best of luck also.
