I'm not saying it's genius, maybe it's just rat cunning and instincts for evil, but dismissing him as moron underestimates him.
You know what they say, elections are a population's IQ test, and the Americans have certainly enlightened the world about their collective IQ's since 2016.

He didn't stumble or stammer, or do that slurry thing he does sometimes when he loses track of what he's saying. He straight up says 'born.' Maybe he couldn't see the teleprompter, or dropped a line...or...I don't even know. The worst part is that, even if he 100% meant what he said, it's not even the dumbest thing he's ever said.
