I remember the Internet going absolutely nuts that GMax Pikachu was gonna be the OG design, or "Chubby Pikachu". That said, GMax Gengar is the GOAT. Such a dope design

GMax melmetal reminds me of Earthbound Starman. But normal melmetal has to be one of the worst designs of all time. Even if it's a dominant force competitively.

In the anime there was an episode where Pikachu fought a G-Max Alcremie who filled the arena with cream, then Pikachu G-maxed as well without going in to a poke ball, turned out he just ate shit loads of cream and was just fat as fuck. He lost the battle due to inability to move.
