This is a play on the stock Japanese phrase for (newly) weds where the housewife asks the (returning from work) man of the house "Would you like food? Would you like a bath? Or perhaps, me?"
The "me" part implying "would you like [to make love to] me?" but in this case the sex is replaced with pooping, but they act like him pooping somewhere else is like sleeping around.
