Watching them all over and over a few times, the first looks real. the rest look faked.

This is one of my favorite gifs, and I have NO IDEA where it comes from!

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

This is the first time I've seen any of these and I'm glad I'm awake.

1 year ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Wow. it's like looking at Victorian parlor games or something from when people had nothing to entertain themselves because there was no streaming and nothing on cable.

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I wanna feel the same energy

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I had never seen this shit! Lol that last one coming in like the Kool aid man just made me choke on my coffee

I need to see this girl continue to due this while she grows up. With boyfirned/girlfriend, her own family, kids, as a grandma. The internet demands this continues.

The last year is her coffin rocketing into a crematorium.

This is funny to me, I don't know anything about the family, but I randomly found and sent the first gif to someone this morning. Crazy happenstance.

The Bee Family (formerly known as The Eh Bee Family). Got started on Vine, active on YouTube until last year, now posting "Best Of..." on the channel.

A lot of comments about fake or real. My two cents is that it may have been inspired by a real event but everything we see is staged. In the first one they have a sitcom reaction to the little girl smashing a large glass bowl to pieces at her feet. Parents would have had an, oh shit, reaction and checked for injuries. If the first is staged, they all are. Bottle to the back of Dad's head is candy glass. Third one the girl is using the same punch bowl as the one she broke. It's still cute.

You da man gramma!

I wonder where they are now? The son is definitely a adult now, dk about the daughter. Hope she got into comedy. She has excellent timing

1 year ago | Likes 81 Dislikes 1

Pretty sure the dad makes all those running videos? Not sure about the kids

1 year ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Well, that was fun 😁

1 year ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

They are stllbmaking these videos every new year. The daughter is full grown now.

1 year ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 0

Awww

1 year ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Stop... I don't want to feel old

1 year ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Curious to know what they're like today

1 year ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 3

Still making videos on YouTube, I think. Their content has evolved a bit, though.

1 year ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

It... matured?

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I hope not; we need more silliness.

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

no respect for tradition, harrumph

1 year ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

What’s the channel called?

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Their everyday stuff is different from the vine days, but they still do the new years video every year.

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

rofl, only ever seen the first one :D

1 year ago | Likes 361 Dislikes 3

Totally thought it was real. Having my doubts, now.

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

This isn't even all of them. She's full grown now and they are still doing them.

1 year ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Same here lol

1 year ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Same, and I think that's the best one.

1 year ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

The rest only exist to emulate the first. There's a natural chaotic energy to the kid that gets you.

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I’m wondering if the first one was scripted or if the daughter actually got a little cray cray . Obviously the later ones are scripted.

1 year ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

No way! A fraction of the first one is my favourite gif :) I use it way more than I should and love confusing people with it 😁

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

well damn, I didn't know there were more, these are AWESOME

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Now, its obvious the following ones are set up, but still funny. Was the 1st one as planned, or was it a happy accident where the daughter let her inner chaos out and they just leaned into it?

1 year ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 8

Is it just me or does the mom look younger every year?

1 year ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 6

Did someone actually comment ā€œFake as hellā€??? No way!! I was always fooled into believing that these were spontaneous and very much unexpected actions by the daughter each and every year that they held a celebration. The internet is amazing. You learn something new every day.

1 year ago | Likes 565 Dislikes 6

Personally I'm fine with people pointing that out from time to time. It helps me to remember that there are times when people fake things, sometimes for profit/scams/other nefarious reasons, which is especially important to discern in this age of AI where the line between fake and real will only get more blurry.

1 year ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 3

Honestly, with stuff like this I never even consider "is it real or did they plan it?" because it very rarely matters at all. The times it does matter is when the acting is really bad and fake (and in those cases saying "fake" is stupid because the whole issue is that it's obvious in a way that ruins the skit) or when people are using the skit to demagogue some wider moral point (i.e. the "and then everyone clapped" stories)

I would say yes. When it is obviously faked (a person flying away superman style because a heavier person sat on the other side of a seesaw) I get it. It's funny because its absurd but when they try to make it look spontaneous for views it just takes away from real spontaneous moments caught on camera. It dilutes the reality. Lying for internet points. Awful.

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

It IS fake. The young girl is actually a 43 year old method actor named Hernando Smith from Portugal.

Movie Magic!

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Crazy I know — I heard it was 100% real, but the family decided to say it was fake, because they didn’t want other people to think their daughter was a crazy person & said it’s staged in fear she wouldn’t get invited to birthday parties

1 year ago | Likes 65 Dislikes 0

Part of me thinks the first one was real and they just decided to run with it.

1 year ago | Likes 32 Dislikes 1

I've only seen the first one before, but it does look that way.

1 year ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 1

No, no one commented "Fake as hell".

1 year ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Why didn't you respond to that comment?

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Didn’t want to give them anything more than a downvote.

Why did you boldly state that the comment didn’t exist without actually reading the comments?

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I used Ctrl+F to quickly check for it, didn't want to spend more time on it; as I am sure you can appreciate, since you could've posted the screenshot in your original reply, but didn't put in the effort.

So I'd say we both invested more time than we originally wanted in this ;)

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I believe the first one is fake but the others are spontaneous.

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Hadn't seen any of the others before now, thought the original was real tbh..

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

While it should be obvious this was an awesome skit let's also not pretend there aren't staged videos all over the internet pretending to be real.

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They're poisoning the well by calling out an obvious "sketch". Cause its important to call out actual staged videos that are trying to pass off as real or genuine, which this is not it

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm glad Imgur is getting better about feeling the need to call out obviously not real videos. Couple years ago that comment would have been upvoted.

1 year ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 4

They're moving pictures with audio. They look like real videos to me.

1 year ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

When that dickhead behaviour was tolerated was when people started to flood pages with staged asian crap, even then it was only tolerated, even when it would get upvotes it was still filled with comments going "No... really!?" /s

But now that dickhead behaviour has been co-opted by the 'nothing happens ever' crowd, which drives everyone to irritation.

I'm surprised the boy still has both eyes. That hat is illegal in 32 states.

1 year ago | Likes 102 Dislikes 9

where is it legal besides Florida and Kentucky?

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Texas and Vermont.

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Are we talking about her hat?

1 year ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Watching people miss the joke like his eye just missing getting poked out over and over and over.

1 year ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

I could only find that top hats aren't allowed in dressage. Is this the joke?

1 year ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Registered hats are ok. Need a mental report, though

1 year ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I'm not surprised, the US is in a state of chaos

1 year ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Really for the hat ?

1 year ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 9

.

1 year ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Not really. Go wild.

1 year ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

I'll say it since no one else has. Fifofu is referring to the girl's hat with the pointy tip. When the girl throws her head back her stabby hat comes close to brother's face.

I mean, kind of.
