I have a pair of indoor slides that I only use inside, and then I have my outdoor shoes. The indoor slides are clean and keep my feet raised off the floors without the bad textures of slippers that bother me.

Out of curiosity, when would the cutoff have been? Like it wouldn't have applied to people who have been naturalized at the time of enacting the EO or it wouldn't apply to those who had started the process of naturalization but weren't finished yet?

Since the EO was about denaturalization, it would only apply to those whose citizenship, in the future, was deemed to be from invalid parental legality. However, as another has noted, fascists do not care about legal processes, they are only happy when they are causing suffering.
