And it’s NOT a Tesla :D

I've kinda wanted to get one of those, but I don't think it'll fit 3 kids in the back with booster seats. Also, being a previous Mustand owner.... it's not a "Mustang".... it's an electric crossover....

The one an only Mustang I've ever wanted. Just wish I could afford the damn thing.

I’ve bought multiple cars on that street. Congrats on the new ride.

Nice! It looks great in red

Nice! I’ve had a Chevy Bolt for a few months now and I’m really liking the EV thing! Have fun and keep the rubber side down!

It's a fine car. I just wish they'd called it something besides a Mustang..

I did drive a full electric Volvo (xc40) I loved the power but my daily mileage was to high, so I went back to gas. Therefore one joke still resonates after 4 years; standing at the gasstation filling up my car, an ev stops, opens the window and asks laughing "how much for a full tank of gas?".... "About 5 minutes" I answered. But if the Kia ev9 would be the one

I am driving a Mustang Mach-E since 2021 and hadn't any issues since. Great car

Is it true that there's speakers at the back instead of an exhaust and it makes combustion engine sounds when you drive cause, I'd rather silence,

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

At least it's not a Tesla

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

We have one - actually our second after the first was written off. Absolute dream to drive.

I love my ev. I hope you love yours as much.

Congrats! I test drove one but it turned out to not being very good shape, which is a shame because I think overall it was pretty fun and had very good utility. I wound up getting the little electric Volvo. Used of course.

Hey congrats! And a great pick, the Mach e was a close second for us when I was shopping a couple years ago. Enjoy your new ride :)

And sold by a Kia Dealership. Someone traded that thing in!

1 year ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Or it was a dealer trade

Plenty of electric options at Kia/Hyundai, so makes sense.

Great choice, I've heard good things about the Mach-e. Bonus points for non-Tesla.

So it's not all computer?

People get happy: *right now* if you live in China, you can buy a nice sub-30k EV sedan that charges in ~5 min. This is sure to spread worldwide soon, unless something crazy happ--- oh. Oh OK, can't have nice things anymore, got it.

My mom had a mustang back in the day, they originally marketed to women. She'd like that car

Good thing you didn't buy a Tesla! https://finance.yahoo.com/news/tesla-speeds-odometers-avoid-warranty-213536905.html congrats, op! You're gonna love your baby!

But then they push an update and fix it real quick while it's debated. Then they change it back whenever it's convenient. Sometimes smart stuff isn't worth it.

save the planet!

It take 8 years for an electric car to be greener then a petrol one. Those batteries... I want an hydrogen car

FYI: Recommend hiding the dealership plate stuff, since it vies away location

To protect your location from us Arctic circle Finns?

Finns are scary. Too much snow exposure. :b

@StargazingFox Any updates on how you’re liking your new ride?

Hot take I think electric cars should still have grills even if providing no function. They just look dumb and wrong otherwise

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Cool take, some EVs will actually allow you to grill if you set it up right with an electric grill.

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Or catch fire on their own like Tesla

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Nothing catches fire like Tesla lol

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They don't need a grill. They just don't need that weird half grill pretend thing that looks worse than a grill or no grill at all. Eg. BMW i4, iX3 or Mercedes EQS

I'm not upset they made the Mustang an EV, I think that's pretty cool actually. I'm upset they made it a goddamn crossover. Why can't they make good looking cars anymore?

1 year ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Cafe requirements make emissions targets close to impossible to hit within a price people will buy. Also a bunch of features are required to be in certain places on the grille. That pretty much leaves one aerodynamic shape. So all the cars are crossovers with the same silhouette, with styling cues to hide that fact. Cars last longer so they expect to sell fewer units and need more profit on each. Thus they don't really make stripped base models.

KIA Mustang???

You can get a surprisingly good deal on a used car of a different brand at a dealership. They seem to be anxious to move them faster.
