When an old person loses the ability to maintain object permanence, that is an incredibly reliable sign of dementia.

The galloping dementia has definitely made it worse but he was like this before.

Narcissists rewrite reality, pick and choose facts and ignore self-contradictions.

All that matters is that they're handcrafted reality is what ever reflects best on him in that moment.

And it's goddamn infuriating.

"totally decapitated" sure sure.. that's why nobody with a brain cell is steering a ship through there. If trump is gonna be a lying sack of shit at least do it better

All TACO, you say?

5 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Why, it's like the posts were written by two different people (who aren't talking to each other).

I think there's a diagnosis for a mental condition like that

5 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Hey, fuckface, if you destroy something 100% that means there is nothing left. If 100% of their military capabilities are destroyed they would have any drones left, you sentient pile of racist big macs.

trump really doesn't understand percentages

5 months ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Just like how he convinced ALL of the drug companies to pay Americans to use their meds by lowering the prices by 500, 600, even 1400%. Third world country lead by a grade A moron.

If the USA dies, it dies.

Congratulations trump, you have just exposed how weak our fighting force actually is, you fired everyone who knew what to do and then started a war that will undoubtedly expose our frailty. Biden didnt start this, obama didnt start this, Kampala didnt start this. You did. I hope you recieve justice for your crimes.

if this war could be won with beer, it would have been over in a few days.

Wow it's almost like you can't cross back over the bridges you went out of your way to intentionally burn

5 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah trump is Satan. Americans put him in power. Therefore America is hell. Literally...

5 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

Everybody who chose not to vote for Kamala IS A FUCKING MORON. Whatever their reason, it was either stupid or insane.

That's the best part, they don't. My father, who is an avid trump supporter, has no idea what Trump is saying or doing. He only listens to people who report on Trump and clearly explain how obviously that's not what he really said and everyone who tries to tell you otherwise is a subversive coming to take your guns.

5 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

It takes just half a minute of listening to this imbecile to know what he is. (if you have a working brain.).

5 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

And that statement perfectly explains why I stopped speaking to my father.

Dang!

5 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I am so sick of that deliberately disingenuous bait "sHe LaUgHeD tOo mUcH". It wasn't that she laughed too much. It was that she laughed BROWNLY.

5 months ago | Likes 151 Dislikes 1

Hillary laughed brownly?

5 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm definitely going to laugh more brownly. Her laugh never even registered with me because ... uh ... it's normal and what humans do.

5 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

But also....Dems need to stop thinking that tacking right is how they are going to win, ever.

5 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

there are so many thing agains her, 1st she is a woman ... and rest doesn't matter, i am convinced in current and past usa it is impossible to become female president

5 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

or SHE laughed.

5 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And don't forget she had the audacity to be a woman!

5 months ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

Honestly a big portion was her refusal to condemn Israel's actions against the Palestinians. The Kamala campaign knew about it, actively avoided addressing it, and lost partially due to it. The DNC then chose not to release the campaign autopsy because it spelled out how big of a problem it was. Establishment Dems would rather align themselves with AIPAC and lose than distance themselves and win.

5 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

It didn't help that she supported a genocide along with Trump and Biden, thereby disenfranchising a lot of people who would be willing to look past her laughing.

5 months ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

This is the real reason. But Democrats don’t want to change their stance on this, so they told everyone it was because she’s a blank woman.

5 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

She also listened to everyone saying they wanted change and told them she was gonna be another 4 years of Biden.

5 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I mean... she was a far better candidate than Biden. But one her day one, I knew that her being a woman and brown will be an insurmountable impediment and felt that Biden might have had a better chance.

5 months ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 3

She did better than Biden would have. Some of you clearly forgot that last debate

5 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

From what I read, analysts said it seemed more like an incredible case of complacency by Biden and mostly his team in preparation, i.e. that he completely dropped the ball on how to deal with Trump's gish gallop. Again, Kamala was clearly the better candidate but Biden was far, far "less divisive" (read: "white dude").

5 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Kamala was a far more popular pick among Democrats. Was. She didn't lose because she's a black woman, she lost because she ran an absolute dog shit platform leading up to the election that she refused to distinguish herself from Bidens worst policies (like, y'know, the Zionism)

5 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

IMO there were 3 factors behind this:
1) She was, in fact, Biden's vice-president so that break would be disingenuous
2) They started to put the platform together when...? three months before the elections?
3) Dems probably had sufficient polling that breaking off with Israel might alienate the so called "moderate" voters.
Don't forget that even among otherwise fairly reasonable people, there is a lot of rabid supporters of Israel. You wave the "anti-semitism" card and they follow like sheep.

5 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

She made the bad decisions of being both brown and a woman in an American presidential election. An unfortunate lack of judgement on her part, really.

5 months ago | Likes 46 Dislikes 2

She made the bad decisions of not pressuring Biden to give up on reelection in 2023 and to not distance herself from the Biden administration’s capitulation on Gaza.
The Democrats found this out themselves and buried it.
But no, please continue coming up with reasons that the voters are bad and it’s not the Democrats’ fault that they lost in 2016 and 2024, so they don’t have to change their strategy of being slightly better for the country than the least worst Republican.

5 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Not to mention she had the audacity to come to the table with years of experience in politics and government service, a sense of humour, empathy, and working at or maybe not working at McDonald's in her youth. She really should've known better.

5 months ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

yeah, but some former coworker described her as "lazy"...while trump was golfing almost every day, rambling on social media nonstop, and falling asleep during meetings...cant argue against that...

5 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

this...i said it the day biden stepped back and announced her, why the fuck would they pick a candidate with those two gigantic handicaps in an election that was so cruical to win...just stupid...its sad that we still live in a world where gender and skin colour are handicaps to a persons career ambitions, but we gotta take them into account in order to make progress...democrats arrogance and naivety twice enabled trump to win...fucken stupid...

5 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

The moment Biden decided he’d run again and the Democrats didn’t tell him no is that moment the Democrats decided they weren’t taking 2024 seriously.
Harris’s race and gender were not big handicaps. Biden’s stealing all her campaign time and then making her answer for his administration’s worst policies were.

5 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Because running anyone but Harris/Biden or Biden/Harris at that point would have meant starting over from 0 with regard to fundraising, and in a media environment more hostile than ever before. That would definitely have been a loss, because money for advertising does make a significant difference in the outcome of an election.

5 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It still would have been difficult for her had she been given the time. Biden absolutely fucked everyone over by running again like a selfish self absorbed moron and not dropping out till the last minute. Fuck Biden.

5 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

In all honesty, I was taken off guard by the blatant lying and video editing the news did to make him look senile, and the fact that the general public bought the bullshit so readily. I expect that he was as well. In the absence of that, incumbent advantage might have carried him through, which is probably the reason he didn't drop out early. Usually incumbency is a decisive factor. The Republicans have been buying up media platforms for decades specifically to control information flow.

5 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Woman was probably far worse for her among these people. Remember Hillary couldn’t get elected either and she not brown.

5 months ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

IDK why you're saying "among these people" - they were never going to vote for her b/c she was too liberal for them. Everything else was a cherry on top. Saying this makes it sound like the people you're vaguely pointing to were down with Harris's (or Clinton's) policy agenda, but then irrationally rejected her b/c of identitarian reasons.

Also, there's no value in comparing her (or anyone) to Clinton. Clinton was sui generis. They hated HRC specifically because she was HRC.

5 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

There were (are) absolutely people, and enough to matter, who will not vote for a woman for President who did vote for Biden or Obama or Bill, etc.

5 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I love that you're still trying to gloss over the decades of well-received anti-HRC media and suggest that it was generic misogyny. I also love that you included WJC as if that might disprove it, despite the fact that most of the Clinton hate came after they were elected, so he never faced anywhere near the same level of vitriol. I'm definitely convinced by your air-tight vibes - erm, I mean air-tight reasoning.

5 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And let’s not gloss over that despite all of that, she still won the popular vote by a larger margin than Harris lost by. If she had done a single thing to excite the party’s base instead of taking the entire party’s votes for granted in the General Election, she would have won.

5 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Or
Or
Hear me out
Obama and Biden threw bones to the left during their campaigns
Clinton and Harris didn’t.
Clinton and Harris followed the bad Democratic strategists who want to exclusively court the handful of never-Trump Republicans instead of the large progressive base.
That’s why they lost. Not their boobs.
The Democrats want you to blame their boobs So you won’t blame the strategists. You fell for it.

5 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I dunno, that sounds like you're saying that I should consider the possibility that the people who have a financial interest in convincing me that they're perpetually faultless might be biased, and they specifically told me that THEY are not biased, we are. Checkmate, everyone-but-liberals.

5 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

She laughed brownly, she laughed leftly, and she laughed boobily. All three of those things worked against her:
1: Being brown
2: Not being far right
3: Being a boob haver.

5 months ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 1

Those are the reasons the Republicans didn’t show up to vote for her. Maybe she should have run as a Democrat

5 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

3: I'm picking that it was because they were female boobs. Donald probably has a decent pair of man boobs.

5 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

"leftly"

5 months ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

what? it's a valid construction

5 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Yeah, but not a very apt description, unless it means "anything to the left from technofeudalist christofascism". As a European, I have somewhat different picture of the left.

5 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Seems perfectly cromulent to me

5 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

i think the comment isnt poking fun at your grammar, it's poking at how Kamala was so severely anti-leftist that she campaigned with Liz Cheney. [DOWNVOTE MOB, AGAIN, FUCK OFF, I VOTED FOR HER] the criticism is valid, but in defense of your comment anything to the left of "hunting the homeless for sport" is considered commie marxist lib talk so she did it "too leftly" as well. (but mostly it was the race and gender and familiarity with norms)
