This makes my vasectomy tingle.
nevergoingtogiveyouupnevergoingtoletyoudown
Yup, this is exactly what my parents did. Its what I'll do if I have kids.
MeasuredByFive
I want to be a Nana on my terms but the more my kid says "her life after " I might get a job.
Ploty
Never heard of condoms?
ZebAsiz
And then the grandparents return them doped up on candy and covered in marker. Perfectly timed so the kid throws up in the car.
saturos01
Still worth it.
mydogisabetterpersonthanme
This is how my sister and her husband better be when they have kids. Give me your tiny goblins and go away so we can have unsupervised fun.
larrythelobster626
My mom used to drop my siblings and I off at my grandmas for the weekend and we loved it it’s only now as a parent myself I know why
ZebraCockSandwich
My grandparents lived a few states away. I was always envious of people who lived just blocks away from their grandparents because I hardly1
knew mine. When we'd go see them, it was so great. I decided if I ever had kids I wanted to live by my parents so they could have what I 2/
missed. I now live half the country away. I don't have kids, and this is one of the reasons. I want my family nearby to help and be part 3/
of their lives, as well as a support system for me. I've got no one out here except my husband (and his kids lol). since I inherited two 4
nuggets I don't really feel the need to have my own. But also, I don't want to raise them without my family. 5

I enjoy being with my kids. They are pretty easy and fun to be with, but this last weekend they both went to grandmas and it was nice to 1/
just veg on the couch and do nothing all weekend the first time in many months.
ScuseMeWhileIWhipThisOut
Hot tip for new parents... if you raise your kids you can spoil your grandkids. if you spoil your kids, you're gonna raise your grandkids.
galapas
I’d be out the door before they hit the floor.
Haha! Me too! Except now my kids are grown! No grandkids yet, but we’re hoping! ?
Mine are 16 and 17, so I’d have to be really fast

Living that reality isn’t really any fun, especially a week later, and that’s with loving extended family..

As someone who is dropping off the kids to the in-laws on Friday I am getting a kick out of this.
MechAegis
I wished my little ones gran gran would invite sometimes.
Nonna2
My kids would be better off with the local meth dealer.
Frozenspokes
As a grandparent, I'm cool with this.
bigzz03
I envy parents who have parents that watch their kids. Ya'll don't realize how lucky you are!
my parents live near my sister who has 3 kids. one of the reasons I don't want kids is because I have absolutely no family support here. 1/
the idea of having a baby, with no one at all to help, while husband is at work all day and no good friends or support would not be good 2
for someone with a history of bipolar. especially if I get the post partum depression. Too risky for me to want to plan that situation. 3
rumandbass
I wish I had grands I could trust my children with.
It’s an amazing thing, my mil loves having the kids over so we can go have dinner, my mom taught my 5yo how to make her a martini
Same. I trust my mom but she lives an hour away. My FIL lives with us but he’s got health issues and my MIL is in her addiction and lives 1/
From place to place. We allow her to visit but they usually are pretty short. My hubs and I are happy to be with them but sometimes it’d 2/
be nice to go out and see a movie together.
Dondarian
I do... To a degree. My parents: 100%. My wife's MAGAt parents... Not so much

Grandparents of nine. Bring it sissies. We’ll take all of them and return them fed and happy.
WOW! how many kids did you have? My grandparents had 5 kids, 15 grand kids between them. They were wonderful. Grandmas calender was full 1/
of every single birthday, anniversary etc for all her kids, spouses, and grandkids (plus several great grand kids) She never missed one. 2
We had four. But wait it gets better. We were great-grandparents at the age of 55.
