I always thought bruschetta is just the bread toasted with fresh olive oil, salt, and garlic. It can have different toppings. Though in North America its always with the tomato basil. Good stuff!
Recipe for those interested : 1 f*ck load of tomatoes 1/3 load (compare to the f*ck load of tomatoes) of onions 1/3 load (compare to the load of onions) of garlic 1/3 load (compare to load of of garlic) of basil 1 cup vinegar 1 cup olive oil
