Even his initial arrest was because he got lost and accidentally wandered onto private property while using a metal rod as a cane. Cops got called, tased him when he didn't answer them back in english (he doesn't speak it), and charged him with "brandishing a weapon" and "attempted assault". He's been in jail the last year awaiting trial, and his family had finally gotten his bail approved, and were supposed to pick him up at the jail. Then this awfulness happened instead.
