It was, right up to the 3rd act.

What is it?

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's a good goodbye to Hugh's journey as Wolverine, but man am I tired of that story being reused yet again

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Lacked any kind of substance or plot. The only good bits were the banter between Logan and the professor.

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

Is this intentional trolling?

8 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 5

As opposed to accidental trolling?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Intentional trolling is when you go in to start shit. Trolling is when you stumble into shit and decide to throw it. Murder vs manslaughter.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Movie studio wise this is fox, not marvel, but i get your point

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Ha thank you someone got what I meant

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Loved this. So glad I got to see the noir version in theatres. If you haven’t, check it out.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I actually posted an unpopular puffin saying how I didn't like it.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Was the film hugh jackman always wanted with wolverine was the vibe i got. Its very good. To bad it's his last

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Shame it's also Patrick Stewart's last too. I would have loved to see one more X-Men with him and Ian McKellen together 1/2

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

since they made Xavier and Max reconcile their differences in the last movie. I would have loved to see the two of them as allies.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm actually watching this movie for the first time right now :)

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Deadpool and Logan were miles ahead of any other comic book related theatrical release this year. The rest were either bad or mediocre.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

I think thats a little bit weighted. I liked Raganarok, Spider Man and Guardians 2. Not all equally but all at least decent.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Okay, okay and okay. Wonder Woman was okay too. Wouldn't call any of them great, though. Too samey.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

after the first two wolverine movies I really didn't have high hopes for it but damn, this is actually a good movie and a great marvel movie

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

I used to be slightly more of a DC fanboy but Marvel have been smashing everything out of the park, not only movies but TV too

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

And DC's been headbutting the groundfloor

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Compared to the other Wolverine movies sure.

8 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 22

What was it?

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 2

Oh, I’m retarded. It’s in the tags.

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

I can't see the tags on my phone. What is it?

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

The logan xman movie

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Eh, it was okay. I personally didn't think it lived up to the hype, due to its predictability and tired plot.

8 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 8

I've never seen it but is there anything else to it but "Wolverine dies but not before training little girl to be his heir"? Oh, and let me

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

guess there's some father-daughter dynamic going on between the two, possibly augmented by her having lost her parents or him having lost a

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

daughter (or both).

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Uh, no. This film was solid. Not amazing.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 3

beyond a shadow of doubt, the absolutely best, most mature, Marvel film to date.

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

I didn't like it.

8 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 9

Totally agree. Logan is a great movie. Definitely in the top 5 of 2017.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 3

Both wifey and I thought it was super overrated. Just meh.

8 years ago | Likes 34 Dislikes 19

Was not over rated.. well worth the watch and one of the better movies I've seen in recent memory

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 5

Then it's lucky that you two monsters found each other. I'm now sipping my tea in both shock and outrage. Good day, sir.

8 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Don't get us started on tea. Bleh! Just tastes like dirty water

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

How dare you! Our house is now in absolute uproar, tutting has intensified from every member, there is even talk of writing a letter.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Same. We must be mere casual X-Men fans, because it just didn’t seem like Wolverine and Professor X to us.

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 6

I fell asleep watching it

8 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 23

Honestly felt little rush to me, felt like it would have better if it was 2 movies

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 6

Same here

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 12

It’s on sale in the PlayStation Store for $10

8 years ago | Likes 57 Dislikes 4

Or my kodi running exodus. Watched in the day it came out in my boxers

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 3

With 4 pixels, shaky low res cam, and buffering! You lucky duck. Seriously, a lot of the exodus covenant feeds have become shit.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

It is hit or miss I will give you that

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

At bestbuy its 7.99

8 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 1

it's on netflix *shrug*

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

which Netflix

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Canadian. Likely others.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

thanks. it's not on the US or UK Netflix

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It's on sale in thepiratebay too! 100% off!!

8 years ago | Likes 42 Dislikes 11

Can’t beat those savings.

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

It's on sale in vidtodo too! 100% off!!

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It's also on Canadian Netflix

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I hated it.

8 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 6

Same..hate is a bit strong but I definitely didn't find myself as emersed as I would have liked/hoped.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Okay but why though?

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

It was dark and sad. I didn’t like seeing their characters so reduced.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Man, that's what I liked most about it

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I think I might be the only person who was disappointed with this movie

8 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 4

Comments tell a different story mr special.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

I was too. A great deal of it was wonderful, but I feel like they flubbed some very key components

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Can someone tell me why Wolverine is getting old? I’m not sure if I missed the explanation

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 2

plot

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

The company in the movie released a “virus” that negates mutant genetics. This basically ruined his healing abilities so he’s being poisoned

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

By the adimantium in his body. His healing powers simply can’t keep up with the metal poisoning. Also why no new mutants have been born.

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Adamantium poisoning, same reason his healing was fucked.

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

General rule of thumb is comic book characters only age or die if the plot demands it.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Usually this then sets up a resurrection of the character later on or another character to take up their mantle as the heir of [hero].

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I actually didn’t like it that much.

8 years ago | Likes 65 Dislikes 18

That’s what you get for expressing your opinion haha

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 6

Me neither, I watched it after for weeks of the release. Not sure if I was expecting too much. It's good but some part sucks

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

8 years ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 5

I didn’t like it but it’s probably because I haven’t seen seen the other x-men/wolverine movies

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

A large part of the enjoyment comes from being an X-men fan and having a pre-existing attachment to the characters.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I think it was all right. It had some pacing issues with the first half of the movie, but it picked up in the latter part.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I am in the same boat. The storyline did not get me hooked at all

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

HISSSSSS!!

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I liked it but I didnt think it was amazing. I feel like a lot of people got such a boner for it was cuz it was Jackman's Wolvie swan song

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

It's the best superhero movie to date, only behind Adam West's batman.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

Adam West's batman?!

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

ADAM. WEST. BATMAN.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

>Adam West's Batman. Ooooookayyyy...

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

After all the hype, I was underwhelmed.

8 years ago | Likes 30 Dislikes 9

That is what killed it for me. It was a decent movie, but the hype resulted in a letdown. Too much hype ruins things

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 3

See... I don't understand this mindset. I know you can't help what other people say, but I heard not much at all about this before seeing it

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Mostly friends and family for me. They were raving about how great it is and It's the best movie of the year.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If other people's words routinely lower the quality of films for you, then don't listen to other people, avoid feedback, etc, if possible.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

DC will be successful once they learn from their past mistakes. Look at Einstein’s definition of insanity for DC’s game plan thus far.

8 years ago | Likes 82 Dislikes 5

I miss Zack Snyder :'(

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

*not really Einstein's

8 years ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 0

Someone did a video on Zack Snyder’s focus on “moments” verses actually crafting scenes. Really made sense out of why they keep sucking.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I just feel like DC are trying to do the same thing that Marvel used 10 years to build up in like 2years instead.... It's all so rushed :/

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

So basically as soon as they fire snyder

8 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 2

He's been out for months JL probably his last...

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

He wont be missed I know he wasn't as involved wtih WW and it was all the better for it...JL was a reminder of why

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Never known a director have such an ability to suck all the joy, humor, and fun out of a movie like Snyder can.

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Yup, after the decent WW. JL was a harsh reminder of who was still mkaing those

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

DC got it right with Wonder Woman, but they already had Zack Snyder on contract for Justice League :\ They managed to get him to step down...

Well, it's a comic book universe rather than the world we live in. There was no demigoddess Amazon superheroine in our history either.

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 2

Plausible believability is what DC and Marvel run by. That's why they are usually very cautious around most major historical characters

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Both DC & Marvel have made sweeping geographic changes to their fictional Earths. They've added cities, islands, and even entire Eastern...

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I thought that wonder woman was overhyped. Gadot was the only good part of that movie, otherwise the acting was meh and the plot was a mess

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

I thought it was on par with the less successful Marvel movies, such as Thor 1 & 2 or Age of Ultron. Nevermind Iron Man 2 & 3.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

in mid-production & bring in Joss Whedon, but they couldn't re-shoot everything without busting their schedule and budget. The result is...

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 4

an awful mix of scenes shot by Snyder & a remake of Age of Ultron by Joss Whedon. Here's to hoping that Snyder won't be involved in any...

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

future DCEU flicks (or David Ayer, for that matter).

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

He left because his daughter died.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I have high hopes for Aquaman. James Wan is cool. Plus I think Geoff Johns will keep a close eye on things.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

Yeah a few months ago they put johns in a role similar to what Kevin Feigie (sp?) Is for marvel movies.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I hate superhero movies, but this is one of my favorites of the year, on par with John Wick 2

8 years ago | Likes 33 Dislikes 11

But Logan isn't a hero

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

John Wick is a superhero? Makes sense; he must be Gunman.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Baba Yaga*

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Thing is this is almost not a superhero movie. It's a good movie that just happens to have a person or two with abilities in it.

8 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 1

It's western about claw cowboy and clawgirl and old bald guy

8 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Yeah it has a very western feel

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Havent seen the entirety of John Wick movies but I did watch 10 minutes of him just shooting people unrealistically which seemed cheesy.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

There's a certain level of civility in the John Wick universe that makes it appealing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MUpfO4x8Ch8

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You say unrealistically, but the guy is damn good with guns irl.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

But that shouldn't make him invisible, bad guys were worse than storm troopers lol

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

10 minutes of a 90 minute movie....how do u even have a comparsion to make...

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

There were several examples of him getting shot/stabbed/punched?

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Like I said I didn't see the entirety of either movie but 10 minutes of him unrealistically dodging everything was my point.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1
