I found a lost dog about 6 or 7 years ago, in the mountains of Harlan, KY. Poor thing was starved. Took her to the vet, gave her food, all that. Ended up donating her to a prison to use in a rehabilitation program. Hoping she's helping someone who needed her.

I used to live in the woods on a dirt road. A random dog just came up onto my porch, drank from my dog's water bowl and laid down to sunbathe. He was super sweet and didn't have a care in the world. Thankfully he had a tag and it turned out he belonged to people who lived 2 miles away. I guess he tired himself out and figured my porch looked comfortable.
