I bet a jig could be made, that would make it easier to make 1000. Flipping it upside down looks like almost every piece is accessible and supported if we loaded them in, if we make it out of metal or at least a few metal seems, we could heat the joints too, but we could at least tac them together.

They make lead free for this sort of stuff, granted, I don't know if it is still great to touch it, but better than lead.
