So his NPS took over the course then he ended the lease last year. Now he wants to take it over again. You gotta ask, what's in it for him?

The reflecting pool was lined with concrete slabs during the 2009-2012 refurb. Originally it was lined with tile and asphault. Water supply is now from the tidal basin; before then, it was filled from the city water system. I'm gonna say it's almost impossible to make it blue; it would be prohibitively expensive to make it like a pretty blue swimming pool which is probably what trump wants.
