The one time I tried leveling on a PVP server, I ran across a dwarf rogue who camped near Mankrik's wife, just to make an infamously obnoxious quest even worse. Never went to one of those servers again.
Tons of Canadians are choosing to stay in Canada at the moment, to the point where these touristy places that have always been packed with Canadians are now concerned about financial struggles. Literally every Quebecois I know that used to travel in the US during the summer is choosing to travel to the Maritimes instead as a way to show their dislike of the current state of American politics.
Wait until Fall. Until then it is fucking gross. One of the dirtiest beaches in Maine and the pier doesn't help. I used to love the place (big fan of Dream Machine and Palace Playland arcades) but man, it's gotten so filthy lately.
I never go to the actual beach, anyway; I grab a slice of overpriced beach pizza from Lisa's or Bill's and a soda and some fries and just watch the tourists waddle by for a while. I like to play a game called "Quebecker or Masshole?" in which I try to guess whether a particular beachgoer is... well... a Quebecker or a Masshole.
For a second I thought you were saying Lisa's is overrated. Overpriced, yeah, but any place in OOB willing to be open year round is awesome in my book. Also, best fried dough anywhere.

I've spent enough time in the Barrens to know where this is going.

I remember back in vanilla being hunted across the Barrens, so logged out and waited. Came back later and a whole party was keeping the main city dead

Ngl a blood mad Orc WITH a raging boner would be 10 times scarier than a regular mad orc.
MeshHatMafia
This is off-subject but didn’t Mike Seaver have a friend they called Boner on Growing Pains?

I thought I remembered a scene from Baldurs Gate 3 that touched on that subject, but thinking back it was some kind of beast man.
ArsenicTouch
Was a male bugbear and a female ogre. Best interaction is with a bard.

From what I hear there's plenty of touching on beast men in BG3

I live near Old Orc Hard Beach. Really popular this time of year. French Canadians fuckin' LOVE the place. I might swing by there tomorrow.

Ahh, I recall visiting Old Tortured when I lived in Maine in the '90s.

Everybody goes there and DiMillo's and Jordan Pond. Our three big tourist attractions.

Maybe so, but there are still plenty of Canadian tourists around.
