So, not to be an asshole. But, some sauce on something this significant should be provided.

The problem is really not that complex: this is what unrestricted capitalism looks like. Other humans will kill you to make money if they can get away with it, and allowing money in politics has let them.

[indecipherable] Fucking and Motherfuckers respectively

For profit health systems generate wealth, actual health outcomes and results are always overruled by revenue as they will always be in conflict.

But does he say he actually did a crime? 🧐

2 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 2

self defense is not a crime... the CEO was a known mass murderer that was conspiring to do more mass murdering.

Now I want a "Brutal Honesty" t-shirt. :|

hopefully the dipshits who put the punisher skull on their cars and shit aren't actually cogent enough to try to appropriate that, too.

So what you're saying is his true motives will never be known but he was probably radicalized by Pokémon Go and Backpack Subreddits? /s

Also violent video games that glorify assassinating people. Like Among Us.

I can't really disagree with anything he said.

One of the problems is the need for growth, not sustaiability. Every year a corporation must grow. Comes a point where quality suffers.

Dodge Vs Ford 1919.

This, the belief in never ending growth. Not the ability to have equilibrium and satisfaction. Never. Ending. Growth.

Late stage capitalism is great ain't it

2 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

That point was decades ago

Some serious changes to m&a law are one place to; a strong progressive income tax on corporations is another. There's ways.

Im my opinion this guy brought out the problem to the front of everybody's minds in a very brutal and basic way: Insurance companies kill people with their policies VS a person walking right up and shooting someone. Why is one accepted and allowed and the other is not.

Well see according to the Supreme Court business are people when they donate money to politicians but not in any other respect.

This is going to sound problematic but I really hope we get some copycats out of this. Enough CEOs get knocked off, maybe, just maybe we’ll see some change.

I wanna believe so hard that multiple somewheres in America, there are losers prepping for another school shooting, who are watching all the Luigi coverage and noticing how he is the fucking man for targeting a CEO. and a lightbulb turns on in their little rat brain. I'm here for the fucking show.

Oh we’d see change, just not sure it’d be the change we’re thinking of :/

I hope this guy gets acquitted. "Yep he definitely did it, but it appears to be justified homicide."

Nullification. Variety of ways that can come about

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Maybe if we elect him president the case will be thrown out.

"Is he guilty of this crime? Yes he is. Should he be imprisoned for it? No he should not."

While that would be a delicious result, the reality is that any jurors making such a decision would, effectively, make themselves prime enemies of the incoming (permanent) regime. Their lives would be ruined. Yay! America!

So he will hang himself in a jail, problem solved, message to wannabe copycats sent

2 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 2

Honestly that wouldn't make a lot of us blink. I'm only surprised they didn't put 60 warning shots into him on sight as he was eating at that rat-infested McDonalds.

2 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 3

It's because he wasn't black and/or poor

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

I don't think that will ever happen. No matter how things go they'll never let him go. If they're smart he'll just be tried with as little press coverage as possible and then quietly disappear into a super max.

2 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

When something gets this many headlines there is no way to try them quietly. Or even limit the coverage. This wlii get headlines even n Europe.

2 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

I f'ing hope so and if they're smart they won't martyr this guy but I may be giving them too much credit.
