I love a moody begonia ??
Some people give your life meaning, direction, or purpose. Others teach you something you needed to learn.

#1 The gray green branching stuff is actually lichen, a symbiotic partnership of algae and fungi. It's called reindeer Moss but it's not Moss. You are forgiven.

#8 I did that the other day and I'm on a streak of day 9 today. A bunch more to go but today's 9 in a row!

#2 I won't be around to care, but I have an idea for what I'd like to be done with my remains: take just my skull and send my other remains to be cremated and turned into 2 diamonds. Have those diamonds set in the skull's eye sockets. Probably set the arrangement in resin or something for preservation. Demilich.

#1 the gray stuff is lichen and pink flowers are most definitely not moss. So what's the deal? The flat and unappealing moss on the trunk?

#67 there's a spot in a nearby mountain that I like to sit at when everything is overwhelming if I can get there

#30 I work in IT and people are astounded when I tell them that I refuse to use AI for anything. And I fear it is making my fellow sys admins worse at their jobs because they are using that instead of their own problem solving skills. I yearn for the internet of the 2000s when we had some whimsy and expression, and you could find places where people were discussing the EXACT thing you're looking for.
Geveg
Heard about a study the other day that showed current teens are using AI to decide what they want to do, for almost everything. It's not that they know what they want, and have the AI do it. They intentionally ask the AI to decide what they want in the first place. Imagine that group growing up to work in IT.

You’re killing my phone space here, OP. Your taste is too excellent, I’m afraid

Or someone who can be a lifesaving float in the same wildly rushing river.
And then fate pulls a double sneaky and that float becomes the same personality you were seeking refuge *from*.
