Because while the news has been very clear that medics responded to someone having a heart attack at mitches home. and while they have been clear that he went to the hospital the same day. The moment you ask someone the direct question "did mitch have a heart attack, is that why he went to the hospital" everyone gets real quiet and shuts the fuck up.

We DO know that he was in cardiac arrest when the Medics found him, and the first thing they did was CPR. But yeah, he's most likely only 'alive' thanks to machines, and it is thought they're trying to keep it secret until August 3rd, which is apparently some kind of election cut-off date.

As I understand it, the paramedics responded to a "cardiac arrest event" at a location "known" to be owned by him. mitch was taken to the hospital the same day, where he has remained everyday since. No one outside of his family or certain members of his staff have seen him. No one has said ANYTHING about his current condition except that "it's improving".
If he's (in a coma/ or dead,) they need to hold a special election right the fuck now.

Other things we know: he was unconscious and in cardiac arrest when they found him at his home, and now we know he's been in coma ever since. Also apparently his wife flew to china three days after he was picked up and is still there.
