Here is something absolutely everyone can do. If you learn of someone who works for ICE now, no matter how many years in the future it is, throw their resume in the trash if they apply, do not provide them any service, do not acknowledge their existence, hell spread nasty rumors about them. Anything you can make up is probably less than they're guilty of. Make them feel like a pariah everywhere they go.

It's deeply shocking to see what is happening down in the US. Even though Canadian media regularly runs the almost weekly reports of mass shootings in the US, it's jarring to see the state doing the killing of citizens. ICE must do everything it can to minimize violence and force. Since 2019, the Canadian Ministry of Public Safety carried out between 50,000-90,000 forcible removals of failed refugee claimants from the country without a single incident like these horrors from south of the border.

Alex Pretti was carrying a holstered gun he legally owned. After attempting to protect a pepper sprayed woman, Alex was wrestled to the ground and his gun was removed by ICE.
