I had a friend who was an extra on the Walking Dead, he wanted to get into voice acting - he said it's a small industry and it's mostly referrals from people already working inside the industry, sadly. So showing up to Cons and asking would be a good first step. On another note, I knew I recognized Cat Dad's voice - J. Michael Tatum is one of my favorites.
