Such a great actor, people wonder what kind of special effects they used but he didn't use any. Great thing is, he can still do it today!

Imagine trying to explain to a 20-something that this was all practical effects.

Fun fact: The process he uses to transform into Jiminy Glick is even more disturbing than shown in @op's gif

I’m watching the voyager series right now and the doc is low key my fave. In contrast I dislike Harry and Tom based episodes.

Doc and 7 are the best part of the show.

One of my favorite scenes is the car scene with the two shrunk villains. It really does feel like an Austin Powers plot line before Austin Powers.

RJ Fletcher at it again

No, it's the guy who played MuckleBones Meg in the movie Legend.

Yes, later he loses his hair, drops an 'o', and becomes a starship captain.

He banged a female gremlin

Kevin McCarthy is the best sleazy villain. When he was in UHF, it was totally believable

I remember him getting jabbed in the butt on the elevator.

@BabyFarkMcGeeZax One more from Innerspace, the car scene with the 1/4 scale baddies in the back seat of the Volvo.

It's strange seeing Robert Picardo with a full head of hair.

2 years ago | Likes 107 Dislikes 0

Almost as strange as seeing Patrick Stewart with Hair

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Even for the character there, it was a toupee.

I know, as a kid I always thought he looked like Dirk Benedict with that hair.

Anyone knows what these things above his teeth are?

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

They're usually called Nose and Eyes. Or do you mean the Lips?

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This is a guess, but I think it's a thing similar to what's used at a dentist's office to hold your lips back during a procedure. That way the air blowing up for the effect would just puff his mouth open like that without him having to actively hold his lips like that for multiple takes.

Aaah, that makes sense, thank you for the explanation!
