My golden puppy was raised on a farm and loves when I ride horses in BOTW...

I'll catch my cat watching the screen occasionally when I play this game. She likes the grass and birds and stuff.

I never ride horses in BOTW because I want to blow up every tree, get every beetle, grab every shrub, kill every enemy.

I have the same issue in Skyrim. Way too awkward to shoot from the saddle etc. Though it's fun to let the red dots accumulate. :)

I have a fireplace too but afraid to put TV above it. Doesnt it become black after a while due to potential smoke?

Only if you forget to open the flue! ;-)

your pup loves Best Of The Worst? Rich would be so proud.

You must have a really nice TV if he can see what's going on. Or does he just hear the horse?

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

He hears the horse first and then comes running over. But then he follows the horse as it moves. He tilts his head with the horse whinnies.

"That not sound quite like horse. But window-horse is close enough!"

Very bad having a tv above a fireplace.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It’s an insulated gas fireplace.

Get that dog a horse, you bastard!!! :P

Are there any Zelda games for PC?

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

No, but you can emulate most of them. I played BotW perfectly well on my computer.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Nope. Nintindo stuff. Unless you use a console emulator, which is not legal and a mixed bag of results.

Why isn't this on the frontpage already? +1

Because it’s a bad photo

My wife agrees with you. Here’s a better quality version that she was able to make:

I like the original more. Colours are more vibrant. Congrats on the frontpage, friend

I agree. Thank you for your support.

Hey I'm moving into a new place... How big a screen you need for over the hearth?

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

That right there is a 65”

BOTW = The Legend of Zelda : Breath of the Wild

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

Initial thought ... Ocarina of Time ... then noted the impossibly high definition

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

As a non / casual gamer: Thank you.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

BOTW is also "Bottom of the Well" in Ocarina of Time. It made it very confusing for speedrunners when Breath of the Wild came out.

I used to love riding horses back when I was a dog.

I don't understand the TV over the fireplace thing. TV seems to high to watch comfortably plus damage potential from heat...

8 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 0

Do you own recliners?

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Nope. Also the places I've been where people have done it didn't have recliners either.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I'd watch a TV on the fuckin ceiling but if you put a light source near it, I'll just kill myself instead

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Sometimes there's just not a better place to put one based on the ergonomics of the room. 1/2

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It's not great, TVs should be at eye level when sitting, but if there's nowhere else to put it then that's where it goes.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I hear ya. We looked into lowering the fireplace, but the cost was too high. Thankfully the couch is far enough back, though.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

What about the heat of the fires? Or do you have fires? I'd worry about the heat damaging the TV.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It’s an insulated gas-burning fireplace. So doesn’t get as hot as a wood-burning fireplace, especially over longer periods of time.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Well that makes sense. I wonder about the wood burning ones. I mean. Maybe they don't get as hot above them as I think, but seems bad to me.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I see what you’re saying. But if your flue is fully open & you have a fireplace that was installed over the last 20 years (insulted), ur ok
